Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to teach the basic rules of land hunting legislation in Turkey.

Course Contents

Hunting law and hunting legislation, the hunting territory and hunting tools and weapons, prohibited hunting methods and techniques, the Law of Fire arms, the scope of hunting license and hunting rights, the central and local hunting commissions, the legal background of hunting commiccions? Decisions, hunting associations, the international conventions about terrestial hunting and updating our current hunting legislation based on thereof, the penal provisions in hunting legislation and the judgement procedurs.
