Objectives of the Course
To teach students the basic subjects of commercial law and to develop the ability to use this information and apply it to concrete events. To be able to comprehend the legal problems in commercial life, to foresee them and to cope with these problems if necessary. To provide them with the basic knowledge of negotiable instruments law and the concepts of policy, bills and checks.

1Understanding and recognizing the concept of commercial enterprise and its related processes. Comprehending and recognizing the title of merchant and the consequences associated with the title of merchant. Recognition and comprehension of the concepts of trade name, business name, brand and unfair competition. Getting to know the commercial representatives, agencies, and sole seller institutions from the merchant assistants. Recognizing current account, commercial books. Learning the basic principles, types and legal qualities of negotiable documents, endorsement, types and nature of endorsement. Comprehending the elements of policies, bills and checks from bills of exchange.
