Objectives of the Course
Introduction to administrative law, state of law, administrative procedures and actions, administrative organization, duties and powers of the administration and other administrative law issues will be covered. Within the scope of the Administrative Law course, first of all, the definition and sources of administrative law and the examination of the administrative regime issues. The definition of the administrative organization and central and decentralized administration will be evaluated. Public personnel law will be discussed and public goods regime will be discussed. Sources of administrative law and regulatory acts of the administration (Presidential decree, statutes, regulations, decrees with the force of law)
