| Course Contents |
| The course dwells on the constitution, movements of constitutionalism, types of constitution and the principle of supremacy of, political competence, the definition, features and types of state. Turkish-Ottoman constitutional developments, the making and main characteristics of 1961 and 1982 constitutions, the main features, organs and the regime of rights and the liberties of the Turkish Republic according to 1982 constitution are also examined.
