1 | They will be able to analyze current social problems from a legal perspective in the light of the information they have obtained about the existence, structure, organs and functioning of the state and the dimensions of the legal relationship between the state and the individual. | 2 | They will also be able to evaluate the constitutional dimensions of political, social and economic changes and transformations that Turkey has experienced and may experience in the future. | 3 | They will be able to analyze and interpret the constitutional concepts that they may encounter from a legal dimension. | 4 | Will be able to interpret the processes related to the political field from a legal perspective. | 5 | Will be able to explain the basic concepts of constitutional law within the scope of the main organs of the state. |

Course Contents |
The course dwells on the constitution, movements of constitutionalism, types of constitution and the principle of supremacy of, political competence, the definition, features and types of state. Turkish-Ottoman constitutional developments, the making and main characteristics of 1961 and 1982 constitutions, the main features, organs and the regime of rights and the liberties of the Turkish Republic according to 1982 constitution are also examined.
