i Definition of Risk, Plan and Threat concepts, Concept of minimizing risk, Types of Risk and Threat, High, medium and low risk situations, Planned and unplanned events separation, Stable and unstable situation analysis, Conducting a situation assessment, Preparing a Security Project , Incident management and crisis desk, Establishment of incident management structure, Participation in incident management, Organizing teams to take part in incident management, Standards to be followed in incident management, Delegation of authority in incident management, Hazard analysis and profile.
