Dersin Amacı

Criminology is scientifically concerned with crime and deviant behavior. Placing crime and deviant behavior in a historical and theoretical framework, he seeks answers to questions such as water: Why do people commit crimes? What are the social causes and consequences of criminal behavior? What types of crime typologies can we observe in different societies? In this course, answers to similar questions will be explored within the framework of criminal science theories, with emphasis on categories of social class, mourning, race, ethnicity, gender, violence, political and organized crime.
