General characteristics of microorganisms, the nutrition and growth conditions in microorganisms, the controlling methods of growth and development in microorganisms, of microbial metabolism, variety in microorganisms are intended to provide information to students.

1	The student knows the definition of Microbiology and learns the types of procaryotic microorganisms.

5	The student learns the preparation, staining and staining metods of the microscobic slides.
