Objectives of the Course
Career planning is essential so that students or young professionals who are unsure of their career path can recognize the various career opportunities. The first step of career planning begins with the individual learning more about himself. (Chambers, 2005, p. 1). An individual, who knows more about himself, reveals what can make him happy, his inner strengths, skills and interests. The fact that individuals have determined not only skills and interests, but also individual priorities can present him with a string of options. This clarity is helpful in making a stronger and more accurate decision.

Learning Outcomes
1It should be noted that the academic knowledge of our students is very valuable in theory and practice. However, the business world does not only demand a workforce with academic knowledge. The search for a workforce with the qualifications required by the business world has reached the highest level in the developed economies of the world and, of course, in our country. When evaluated in this general framework, the first step in creating a workforce equipped with the qualifications demanded by the labor market is to ensure that career-conscious students receive the necessary training.
