Objectives of the Course |
To teach students the basic concepts of structural and biochemical properties of horticultural crops, to explain the physiological phenomenon in horticultural crops during growth and development, suitable horticultural crop production for storage, harvest, classification, packaging, storage, type of depot, factors which effects on storage life, physiological disorders and pathogenic diseases. |
