Course Contents
It is aimed to explain the definition, diagnosis, quantification, distribution, biological effects, extraction and isolation methods and structure determinations of phenolic compounds obtained from plants (simple phenols, phenolic acids, phenylethanoid glycosides, lignans, xanthones, flavonoids, anthocyanins, tannins and quinones).
