Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach how to process all processes from soil processing to storage, taking into account the ecological requirements of the quinoa plant, which is a new plant for our country.

1. To increase students’ knowledge levels about quinoa crop 2. To give experience how to important from the point of our country of quinoa crop 3. To gain information how quinoa crop have an important place in terms the human and animal breeding 4. To create awareness to be other areas of usage as well as quinoa crop are used as human food and the animal breeding.
