| Preparation techniques and mediums which are used for Taxonomic and systematic purpose in entomology will be explained. For this purpose, method for slide mounting techniques of aphids, coccids, whiteflies, trips and parasitoids will be discussed separately. In addition, in order to examine the morphology of insects, preparation methods from various body parts of the, Orthoptera, Hemiptera, Coleoptera and Lepidoptera orders will be studied and especially genital preparation techniques will be studied. |
