Objectives of the Course
In this course, application of cost-benefit (F-M) analysis techniques in investment projects, evaluation of results and making the best choices while making investment decisions will be explained.

Course Contents
Introduction to FM analysis, principles of investment applications, special FM analysis: financial analysis, efficiency in FM analysis, net benefit calculation for reference groups, consumer and producer surplus in FM analysis, valuation of traded and non-traded products in FM analysis, consideration of risk in FM analysis, social discount rate, cost of public goods and information value, valuation of goods without market, preparation of FM analysis report will be explained.
