Objectives of the Course
To have a knowledge about life processes such as growth, development, transpiration, nutrition, respiration and transportation of grapevine. The plant activities mentioned above must be known well to could make an economical grapevine cultivation. Various physical, chemical and vital functions play a role in uptake of nutritional substances, synthesis of various substances, growth and development. The principles of this functions constitute the aim of this course.
