Objectives of the Course
The main objective of the course, the world contained between 11 genes from the center of two of the most important in Turkey, in terms of plant genetic resources in the world and the importance of plants as a result of future climatic changes due to changes in the face of these sources must be exploited to gain new features, emphasizing that the only option. Course Contents
Teaching students who achieved; plant genetic resources and the scope of the concept of the plants and the spread of gene centers, erosion of genetic resources, genetic resources and work principles (coordination of studies and educational studies), and finding and collecting (The purpose of collecting, collecting plants and regional priorities, the optimum plant collection and methods, seed collection, herbarium specimen taken, collecting records, gene bank studies), and protection and storage (the principles of seed storage, storage, seed viability, seed storage, and environmental relations, the principles of vegetative storage, pollen storage, storage systems); genetic resources and production renewal, evaluation and use; information storage (documentation) will acquire the knowledge and skills.
