Objectives of the Course
In this course will shown technological development in phytobacteriology, description of plant pathogenic bacteria, conventional diagnosis methods, nomenclatur, classification and taxonomic groups of bacterial pathogens, During experimental studies, initial identification of bacteria from different genus will be carried out, then identifications in species level of some of the important genus of plant pathogenic bacteria are also performed are also given during the lecture

Learning Outcomes
1Distinguish the plant pathogenic bacteria based on their different features
2Distinguish the plant pathogenic bacteria other plant pathogens based on the disease simptoms on plants
3Learning the isolation techniques of plant pathogenic bacteria from diseased plant samples
4Use and compare the conventional diagnosis and detection methods of the plant pathogenic bacteria to distinguish on the basis of genus
