Objectives of the Course
The aim of this lecture is to; a) classify and introduce herbal drugs. b) determine quality criterias of herbal drugs. c) teach cultivating techniques of herbal drugs. d) examine cultivating techniques of herbal drugs effect on quality criterias. e) inform economic value of herbal drugs and last knowledge about these plants.

Main medicinal plants using as herbal drug and classifying. Orijin of herbal drug and their botanical properties. Qualities of these plants. Cultivating techniques of herbal drugs. Linkage between cultivating techniques and quality criterias. Importance of medicinal plants as treatment source. Importance of harvesting, drying and storage process. Value of these plants as economic potential
