Objectives of the Course
The course aims to evaluate the physical, mechanical and hydrological properties of soils related to sustainable use of natural resources, environmental and agricultural activities, and to propose solutions to the related problems.

Course Contents
• Physical and chemical processes in soil are defined. • Basic soil physical and chemical properties are measured and defined. • Learn the applications related to soil management. • Ability to make recommendations on land management. • Evaluation of soil physical and chemical properties by using field and laboratory techniques. • Learn the ways of using the soil quality parameters in solving problems and in land management.
