1Bu ders bitiminde öğrenciler endüstriyel enzim üretimi, bunlarla birlikte antimikrobiyallerin, antioksidantların, asitlerin, stabilize ve emulsifiye ve diğerlerinin süt endüstrisinde ürün elde edilmesinde nasıl kullanılacaklarını bizzat yaparak öğreneceklerdir.
