Advantages and disadvantages, usage areas. | | | 4 | Determination of Cell Density: Dry weight, optical density, chlorophyll-a, counting methods etc. | | | 5 | Flowcytometer: Working principle, counting and use in isolation. | | | 6 | Storage of algal stocks | | | 7 | Inoculum preparation.
