Objectives of the Course |
The aim of this course is to provide the students with the ability to calculate basic cycle analysis by understanding the working principles of gas turbine engines. It also introduces the major components of each gas turbine engine. |

Thermodynamics of aircraft/rocket/missile etc. propulsion and gas turbine engines, basic calculations and theoretical analysis and design of propulsion systems. |
