Turkey-Russia understand the historical development of relations, analyze the foreign policy appeared in Turkish-Russian relations, Turkish-Russian relations knows the basic problems of the Turkish-Russian relations understand the economic dimension, analyze internal and external factors affecting the Turkish-Russian relations, regional of Turkey's foreign policy and interpret the global dimensions from a wider perspective.
