Course Contents

1- Mondros Armistice Agreement, political organizations in National Struggle after Mondros Armistice Agreement 2- Local and National Congresses, Organizations for and against the National Struggle and rebellions. 3- Supportive activities from Turk and Muslim countries and communities during National Struggle Period. 4- İstanbul Governments, Delegation of Representatives (Representative Committee) and comparison of domestic and foreign policy of TBMM (Grand National Assembly of Turkey). 5- The structure, characteristics and activities of Last Ottoman Chamber of Deputies. 6- First TBMM’s structure and characteristics. 7- Activities of first TBMM. 8- Paris Peace Conference. 9- 1st and 2nd London Conferences. 10- Spa and San-Remo Conferences, Treaty of Serves. 11- Gyumri- Moscow- Kars Treaties 12- Ankara Treaty, TBMM’s peace attempts before and after the Battle of Dumlupinar and Mudania Armistice. 13- The process of abolition of sultanate and its results. 14- To establish the committee that would go to Lausanne, 1st and 2nd steps of the conference, to sign the treaty and unresolvable issues in Lausanne Peace Conference.
