Objectives of the Course |
Three dimensional structure of proteins, folding in proteins, active centre and catalysis mechanisms, transport systems, chemical modifications, enzymatic and chemical fragmentation of proteins, automatic analysis of aminoacid sequence, x-ray cristallography will be discussed. |
