Objectives of the Course
Three dimensional structure of proteins, folding in proteins, active centre and catalysis mechanisms, transport systems, chemical modifications, enzymatic and chemical fragmentation of proteins, automatic analysis of aminoacid sequence, x-ray cristallography will be discussed.

1Understands the three-dimensional structures of enzymes and their folding mechanisms.
2Generates ideas about the active site and possible mechanisms of action of enzymes.
3It is knowledgeable about the chemical modification and fragmentation methods of enzymes and examines them.
4It is knowledgeable in the fields of automatic amino acid sequence analysis and X-ray crystallography.
5It develops strategies for elucidating the three-dimensional structure, active site, and alignment in various enzyme examples.
