Objectives of the Course
Enzymes, which are used widely in industry today, constitute the majority of scientific research topics. This course aims to provide students with detailed information about enzyme chemistry, mechanisms and biochemical applications. After taking this course, students will have detailed information about enzymes.

After taking this course, students will have detailed information on enzyme activity determination, the effect of protein and substrate concentration on activity and detailed enzyme characterization.
