It aims to teach proteins, amino acids and peptides, three-dimensional conformation of proteins, purification and characterization, structure and mechanism of enzymes, polysaccharides, carbohydrates, lipids, lipoproteins and membranes, nucleotides, nucleic acids, hormones.
