11) Students will be able to obtain information about the methods used in molecular biology 2) Students will be able to learn the objectives and the points to be considered in the use of the methods used in molecular biology. 3) Students will be able to learn theoretical knowledge about preparation of solution and buffer related to the methods 4) Students will be able to learn how to evaluate the obtained data 5) Students will be able to propose solutions to the problems related to molecular biology and genetics.

12Western blot technique -SDS gel preparation-Transfer the SDS gel proteins to the membrane (Blotting) -Blocking step, blocking non-specific binding inhibition (Blocking) -Specific antibodies incubation -Screening and interpretation of the result
