To ascertain the aims of Islamic law to achieve and learn to reach legal formulations of goal

1To associate the law with the aim by recognizing nature of concepts of them

3To learn the qualifications of attribute of being aim
4To determine the sources of legal objectives described as aim
5To explain the causes of conflict between the functions of law
6To develop the solution suggestions eliminating the conflict between the functions of law
7To comprehend the connection between aims of law and maqasid al-shariah
8To explain the connection between aims of law and the principle of maslaha (public interest)
9To recognize the literature of maqasid al-shariah chronologically
10To compare the aims of positive law with the aims of Islamic law by explaining causes
