To draw attention of students on historical issues and information in the Qur’an and teach them the way of conducting research of such subjects.

Learning Outcomes
1Understand the mentality of the Qur’an by learning the life of Arabs before Qur’an or at the time of its revelation.
2Learn necessary sources by which s/he could follow uncompleted and undetailed historical events of the Qur’an.
3Make positive connection between Qur’anic historical information and universality of the Qur’an.
4Get knowledge on the reason of presence of some nations and religions widely in the Qur’an.

Course Contents
Learn necessary sources by which s/he could follow uncompleted and undetailed historical events of the Qur’an.Understand the mentality of the Qur’an by learning the life of Arabs before Qur’an or at the time of its revelation.Learn the way of collecting similar verses from different surahs making some practical studies on various examples.
