Objectives of the Course
The purpose of the programme of Field Crops is to train modern engineers, who are equipped with knowledge and skills to serve in the field of Field Crops, who appreciate the ethical values, who are aware of the facts of the world and disciplined to learn all life long.

6To be able to give information about storing, the factors that affect tainting the products, the stores in which the products are stored and the features of these stores

Course Contents
Definitions the terms of the quality, standards and standardization. Crop quality parameters and the basic analytical methods of measuring crop quality. Introducing of the TSE and ISO, the objectives of standardization and its benefits, field crops standards. Storage, principles and inner and outer factors affecting the crop storage, and the characteristics of storages houses.

5Chemical analysis methods. The features of basic pieces forming the chemical union and the effects of them upon quality
