The definition of organic agricultural and livestock production, the importance and the reasons for the transition Organic production, site selection and construction of animal shelters to be aware of the principles. Organic milk production, maintenance and management of dairy cattle Organic red meat production, fattening danalarının maintenance and management, transport and slaughter. Organic egg production, chicks / chickens and chickens maintenance and management. Organic poultry meat production, maintenance and management of chicks. Organic sheep and goat milk production, the basic principles of organic lamb production.
