1	To evaluate of the concepts, idea and data in the Plant Protection by using scientific methods, and improve the recommendations solving the problems in this discipline.
2	Producing a solution assuming responsibility in complex unexpected situations of plant protection applications.
3	To gain skill on the data collection, analyzing of the results and their evaluation in the plant production area.
4	Planning and directing of the activities on professional development of employees working under his/her responsibility in plant protection and related sectors.
5	Access to information and resources for this purpose to do research, and gain the ability to use databases and other information resources.
