Objectives of the Course |
1. To provide students with information and skills that will enable them to be successful in their academic career. 2. 1 | Students will have background knowledge of Turkey and world viticulture and, will be able to discuss this subject | 2 | Students will be able to choose vineyard site considering to climate and soil condition and, to decide that which rootstock-scion combination will be used in planning vineyard for which aim (table, raisin and wine production) | 3 | Studentds will have information about grapevine morphology and, will be able to define the morphological structures of grapevine. | 4 | Students will be able to propagate grapevine by using different propagation methods and, have information and skills about planning, setting up and management of vineyard. | 5 | Students will have information and skill about vineyard practices and, will be able to make these practices, to define vineyard problems and, have approach to solve these problems. |
