Definition of family: narrow, wide and in the broadest sense. Law on the importance and protection of the family. Engagement and its features. Marriage and its characteristics. Divorce and its features. Goods regimes: legal goods regime and contracted goods regimes. Determination of lineage. Adoption and its characteristics. Custody and its scope. Children's property and protection. Alimony obligation and its features. House layout and responsibilities. Family property and management. Guardianship and guardianship bodies. |
