Objectives of the Course
To gain information about the importance of ecology and epidemiology on plant diseases, about the factors affecting the life cycle of microorganisms, To introduce epidemic factors of disease, to give information about the integration of ecological and epidemiological features into early warning systems in terms of the control of disease agents.

6Climatic factors affecting disease formation: Light, Wind, Rain.
7Soil factors affecting disease formation: Soil temperature,soil humidity and soil structure.
8Other factors affecting the formation of the disease: chemical environment, pH, plant nutrients, pesticide
9Other factors affecting disease formation: Human, vectors, host, weeds, antagonists.
10Definition of epidemiology and related terms.
11Classification of epidemiological research areas, Elements of epidemiology.
12Epidemias, analysis of epidemias, prediction and warning systems.
13Evaluation of ecological characteristics in plant disease control.
