Course Contents
Importance and use principles of exterior ornamental plants. Color composition in exterior ornamental plants. Classification of exterior ornamental plants. Germination media and features. Sowing seeds and germination. Use of exterior ornamental plants in landscape architecture. Diseases and pests in exterior ornamental plants. Sterilization methods in sprout media. Important exterior ornamental plants (Ageratum houstonianum, Alyssum maritimum, Antirrhinum majus, Arabis alpina, Begonia semperflorens, Bellis perennis ). Brassica oleracea acephala, Calendula officinalis, Callistephus chinensis, Campanula medium, Celosia argentea, Dahlia variabilis. Dianthus barbatus, Dianthus caryophyllus, Gaillardia aristata, Gazania rigens, Impatiens walleriana. Lobelia erinus, Matthiola incana, Mesembryanthemum criniflorum, Myosotis alpestris, Pelargonium peltatum. Pelargonium zonale, Petunia x hybrida, Phlox drummondii, Portulaca grandiflora, Salvia splendes. Tagates erecta, Verbena x hybrida, Vinca rosea, Viola wittrockiana, Zinnia elegans.
