Discussions of the emergence and identification of fiscal policy. Financial factors, the financial burden, the integration of the national economy of fiscal policy and public finance issues. Fiscal Policy and its relations with branches of other social science. Fiscal Policy` objectives and instruments. after Keynes, Fiscal Policy and its condition between developed and underdeveloped countries. Macroeconomic effects of fiscal policy and public economy. Approaches on allocation of the resources and the public needed to be taken actions. Macroeconomic effects of fiscal policy and public economy. The effect on economic development and income distribution.
