Objectives of the Course
To introduce and give basic information about Business problems, Mass, Center of Gravity, Moments of Inertia and Fourier series, which are frequently encountered in Mathematics, Physics and Engineering.

Course Contents
Force fields and work done in a force field, conservative fields, potential function, calculation of mass, finding centers of gravity, Guldin's theorems, calculation of moments of inertia, piecewise continuous functions, even and odd functions, periodic functions, system of orthogonal and orthonormal functions, Fourier series, Fourier series for even and odd functions, complex Fourier series, some special functions defined with the help of integral, Leibnitz rule, Gamma function, Beta function.
