Objectives of the Course
This course is the first of two sequential courses. It aims to establish the fundamental infrastructure of digital signal processing. In this context, the analysis of discrete-time signals in time and frequency domains, the characteristics of linear and time-invariant systems, the digital processing of continuous-time signals, and digital filters will be covered. The use of MATLAB for digital signal processing applications will also be taught.
