The aim of the course is to give basic theoretical information to the students following the course on how to achieve a healthy life, which is the primary right of individuals. Defining the elements of health and raising awareness about what should be done for a sustainable healthy life

This course is planned to give the student the basic concepts that people should know in order to live a healthy life. For this purpose, individuals are asked to learn the concept of health and some dynamics necessary for them to live a healthy life in the society.
