Objectives of the Course
In this course seeks to provide information about Human, Human Rights Universal Declaration, European Human Rights treaty, philosophical fundamentals of human rights and democracy. Societal treaty, community-life, the process of change of the principle of human rights and democracy to behavior, from the view of input-process-output in elemantary education system.

Basic concepts of human rights, human rights, citizenship and knowledge of the basic concepts of democracy, understanding of development historical of human rights, understanding of human rights the process of transition to the field international, national and international level of human rights protected, to understand how understanding the importance of the human rights and citizenship education.
