Students will be gain the skills and knowledge on principles of physical planning in rural areas, regional planning of rural area and physical planning of rural settlements

1	Türkiye’ de kırsal alana yönelik yasal düzenlemeleri yorumlayabilme, yeni yasal düzenlemede kırsal alanlar;
2	Kırsal yerleşim yerlerinin (köylerin) kırsal kalkınmadaki önemini kavrayabilme;
3	Kırsal alanda kırsal alanın düzenlenmesi ve fiziksel planlamanın mantığını kavrayabilme
4	Kırsal alanın geliştirilmesine yönelik fiziksel önlemleri kavrama;
5	Bağımsız işletme merkezlerini planlayabilme ve planlama konusunda beceri ve özgüven sahibi olabilme;
6	To interpret legal regulations in Turkey for rural areas, rural areas of new legal regulation;
7	To understand the importance of rural settlements (villages) in the rural development ;
8	To understand logic of physical planning in rural areas;
9	To understand physical measures for the development of the rural areas;
10	To plan independent farmstead centers and to have the skills and confidence in planning;
