Students will be gain the skills and knowledge on principles of physical planning in rural areas, regional planning of rural area and physical planning of rural settlements

1Türkiye’ de kırsal alana yönelik yasal düzenlemeleri yorumlayabilme, yeni yasal düzenlemede kırsal alanlar;
2Kırsal yerleşim yerlerinin (köylerin) kırsal kalkınmadaki önemini kavrayabilme;
3Kırsal alanda kırsal alanın düzenlenmesi ve fiziksel planlamanın mantığını kavrayabilme
4Kırsal alanın geliştirilmesine yönelik fiziksel önlemleri kavrama;
5Bağımsız işletme merkezlerini planlayabilme ve planlama konusunda beceri ve özgüven sahibi olabilme;
6To interpret legal regulations in Turkey for rural areas, rural areas of new legal regulation;
7To understand the importance of rural settlements (villages) in the rural development ;
