To inform students about issues of human resources management which is one of the most important areas of Business Administration. The basic human resources applications such as performance evaluation, compensation management, training management will be known and used by students. "

1They can be employed as people have a basic knowledge in Human Resources departments of enterprises.

3To have information about the overall structure and content of the Human Resources Management system and use this knowledge in the field of business management.
4Methods and systems about the most efficient managing way of Human factors can be analyzed and developed.
5To have up-to-date information about business analysis, recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation management which are the basic elements of human management of the enterprises
