The definition of biotechnology and its history. Biotechnology application areas. Important in biotechnology of microorganisms (bacteria, yeast, moulds). Microorganisms in terms of overtaking. Microorganisms, substrate requests. Industrial substrates used for fermentations. The metabolism of microorganisms. The use of Lipids and carbohydrates by microorganisms. Use of ammonium nitrogen and amino acids of microorganisms. Microbial metabolism. Regulation of enzyme activity. Primary and Secondary Metabolites production of excess.
