Objectives of the Course |
Discussing how urban planning decisions and implementation processes create a spatial construct in cities within the scope of zoning legislation; to give information about zoning practices in cities by presenting controversial concepts such as plan hierarchy and authority in planning, public interest and urban rent, with an analytical approach. |
