Objectives of the Course
Based on the silvicultural interventions carried out in the forest, it is aimed to teach the harms of wild animals and the precautions to be taken to protect them and the silvicultural measures that can be taken to improve the wildlife.

Explaining different types of vegetation, Meaning and principles of silviculture, Silvicultural systems and methods, Requisites of important wild animals (like deer, fallow-deer, ibex, wild bear etc.) of the forests, Arranging forest stands according to different requisites of wildlife, Effects of silvicultural treatments on wildlife, The importance of forests for wildlife (feeding, refuges, breeding, safety etc.),Effects and the importance of wildlife for the forests (regeneration, pollination, spreading etc.)
