Course Contents |
1.Using Types of communication a.To choose suitable type of communication according to characteristics of the business and customer. b.To communicate verbally with using appropriate expressions according to customer or staff . c.To communicate in written with using appropriate format and content according to customer or staff. d.Non-verbal communication according to socio-cultural characteristics of the customer or the staff. 2.Effective use of Turkish a.To talk Turkish effectively with the rules of diction. b.To write Turkish effectively according to rules of Turkish Language Institution Spelling. 3.Organizational communication a.To make formal contact effectively according to organizational structure and communication system. b.To make non-formal contact effectively according to organizational culture within the organization. c.To make contact outside the organization effectively with people and institutions outside the organization according to properties of these individuals and institutions d.To use communication tools effectively and efficiently according to the characteristics of the target group . |
