Explaining the concepts and principles that form the basis of Criminal Law, the application area of criminal law, crime theory and elements of crime, special aspects of crime and the concept of punishment, and providing the student with knowledge on these issues. |

The term, history, definition and function of Criminal Law, Basic Principles and Consequences of Criminal Law, Application of Penal Laws in Terms of Time and Place, Theory of Crime and Elements of Crime, Reasons Removing or Reducing Criminal Liability I: Cases that eliminate fault, Special Appearance Forms of Crime (attempt) , participation, association), Penalties and Security Measures, Determination and Individualization of Punishment, Reasons Reducing Lawsuits and Penalties constitute the content of this course. |
