Objectives of the Course
While the aviation sector is growing rapidly, the shortage of specialist personnel in the sector is also increasing rapidly. The main purpose of the civil aviation cabin services program is to train personnel who can keep up with the rapidly growing sector, have effective communication skills, strong customer relations, quick response to problems, solution-oriented, and capable of dealing with the problems they encounter.

1Has basic knowledge about theories, facts, concepts and principles related to civil aviation.
2Has knowledge of the civil aviation sector and its sub-business lines
3Has knowledge of legal regulations, professional standards and practices in civil aviation
4Implements the activities, procedures and security measures within the scope of cabin services. This will manage applications level of knowledge.
5Decides against problems that may arise during the implementation of cabin services
