Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge and competence for the acquisition and application of information on international legal rules regarding logistics and transportation activities.

1Defines / explains the basic concepts related to international transportation and logistics regulations.
2List the legal responsibilities and obligations.
3Learns the official institutions and organizations in charge of logistics and transportation.
4Manages and follows the transportation and logistics processes according to the provisions of the legislation.
5It ensures and supervises that the activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation.
6She/He develops solutions by examining the legal problems arising in the execution of logistics distribution functions.

First of all, the rules and regulations of the United Nations affiliated organizations (such as UNECE, IRU, IMO, UIC, WTO, ITF, UNCTAD, World Bank), the EU Transport Ministers Conference and various umbrella organizations (such as IATA, FIATA, ICC) regarding logistics constitute.
